The sun is starting to go down in late afternoon on the amazing structures at Chaco Canyon. The walls of Kin Kletso ("yellow house") glow amid deepening shadows, perhaps an echo of the people who flourished here centuries ago, before vanishing completely. This version of the image provides a vintage-looking sepia treatment.
