Ice bubbles, cracks and other details frozen into the ice of Abraham Lake make for strangely intriguing photo subjects. Sliding along the surface of the ice on my stomach, with a pocket camera in one hand and a pocket flashlight in the other, I felt like I was peering into a secret world.
