A panoramic view from up on Wilcox Pass Trail provides some sense of the sweeping vista looking back across the valley towards Mt. Athabasca and the Columbia Icefields. Rugged, glacier-clad peaks rise up from the valley floor to preside over muted fall scenery briefly warmed by late afternoon sun.
